Somerset County, Brinkley’s Election District No. 3. Located in an area called Quindocqua. This cemetery is in a marsh area, within a woods of pines and cedar trees about 1000 feet West of the Quindocqua Road. Based on information from the Harry L. Benson Maps, this area probably lies within the bounds of a tract of land called Williams Lott patented in 1769 by William Cottingham (Ruth Dryden:424). A Joshua Tull purchased 32 1/2 acres of Williams Lott on 9 Feb 1809. On the 1877 Atlas, the homes of S.J. Tull and S. Whittington are shown near this cemetery.
These coordinates are close to the location; this site cannot be seen from the aerial photographs. Exact Location: This site is South 5 degrees West (true) 1800 feet from the Quindocqua Church and South 45 degrees East (true) 1500 feet from the intersection of L.Q. Powell Road and Tull’s Corner Road, known by the name “Tull’s Corner”.
Road Description: From MD Rte. 413, Crisfield Highway, after entering the community of Marion Station from the North; turn left onto MD Rte. 357, Tull’s Corner Road, and traveling a distance of 2 miles to the intersection of L.Q. Powell Road and Tull’s Corner Road; thence turning left or East onto L.Q. Powell Road and traveling a distance of 2/10ths of a mile to the Quindocqua Church and the intersection of Whittington Road and Quindocqua Road; thence turning right or South onto Quindocqua Road and traveling a distance of 3/10ths of a mile to a turn in the road. The cemetery is about 1000 feet west of this corner in the said road.

Site status: Extant when listed in 1993, but located in a marshy wooded area and difficult to see from aerial photographs. Two stones were found by probing, about four inches under dirt. Current status has not been independently verified.
