Quinton Methodist Protestant Churchyard is near Coston Station in Somerset County’s historic Dublin District. The supplied transcription by Philip L. Goldsborough records John F. Powell (1849–1920).

The accompanying photographs also show a larger churchyard with additional markers. Those are not treated as fully transcribed graves here: the available field document specifically records Powell, and the distant markers cannot be read reliably in the site view.

Status: Partial photographic and transcription record; no claim of a full churchyard survey.

Transcription note: The grave transcriptions below are drawn from the original contributor record. Uncertain original readings are preserved; observations made independently from survey photographs are explicitly labeled. Original sources remain in the donor archive.

The donor document identifies him more fully as John Franklin Powell, maternal great-grandfather of Philip L. Goldsborough. The photographed marker reads John F. Powell; the dates match the donor transcription.

Cemetery and Research Notes

Phil describes John Franklin Powell as his maternal great-grandfather. His document provides birth and death dates and was dated May 9, 2010.

This is a partial recorded-graves listing, not a complete cemetery inventory. The presence of other visible stones does not establish their names or dates. If closer photographs or another survey are located, those can be added as individually documented grave cards.

Documentation History
