Cemetery and Research Notes
The original field notes report ten markers and one footstone without a corresponding headstone. One footstone was inscribed “J. S.”; the survey also describes a small uninscribed tablet and an uninscribed circular stone with a wing design. These are not assigned additional names.
The survey states that five stones had been turned over and buried. This is a report of conditions at the time of the December 1994 survey, not an assessment of the cemetery today.
Original field listing: Philip L. Goldsborough and Rebecca F. Miller, December 1994. Wording and uncertain passages above are retained from the supplied typed transcription.
