The Somerset County MDGenWeb and Handley's Eastern Shore MD Genealogy Project

Our aim is to list as many cemeteries as possible in Somerset County, and on another site, those in Wicomico County - NOTE: THERE ARE A LOT OF CEMETERIES DONE IN WICOMICO. Weather events, acid rain, vandalism, and neglect all take a toll on grave markers, so there is an urgency to record them before the inscriptions can no longer be read. This project would not be possible without the help of volunteers to walk the cemeteries and record the data on the stones. Can you help?
