The burial ground is in Fairmount Neck, southwest of Upper Fairmount, within the Fairmount State Wildlife Management Area at the head of Moons Bay on the north side of the Great Annemessex River. The 1877 Atlas identifies this marshland as the Jericho Marshes.

The 2001 survey recorded three unmarked brick graves. The contributors believed the original markers had been moved to the Episcopal churchyard in Upper Fairmount, but the source does not identify the individuals buried here.

The survey notes that the 1877 Atlas shows the nearby homestead of Capt. G. Davy. The cemetery was described as lying on land associated with the tract Envy, patented to John Waters in 1752, later incorporated into Addition to Envy. On 3 October 1805, Littleton Waters of Baltimore sold George Davey of Somerset County 242¾ acres of the tract.
