The cemetery lies northwest of Westover, just south of Back Creek (also called Fontane Creek), in a wooded strip near the edge of an arable field and beneath a power line. The 2016 survey described the ground as roughly eight feet above sea level.

The survey recorded damage within the burial ground, two above-ground concrete vaults without markers, two unmarked brick graves in the Poleyett section, and a Cox section enclosed by a short concrete-and-steel loop fence. Two large marble markers were also found underground by probing.
