The cemetery surrounds Christ United Methodist Church in the Upper Fairmount area, with burials both beside the church and across Fairmount Road. The 1995 survey treated the separate clusters as one church cemetery.

A property owner reported that the burial ground across the road lies within a four-acre field and that his deed contains a cemetery exception measuring 77 by 17 feet—approximately twice the length of the portion where markers were then visible.
