72 In the Name of God Amen I William Warwicke of Somerset County and province of Maryland Planter being sick of body but of perfect memory blessed be God & calling to mind the frailty of this life doe make constitute and apoint this my last Will and Testament Revoaking all other Will or Wills Testament or Testaments by me heretofore made eithere by word or writing first bequthing my soull to God that gave it hoping and really beleving that I shall receive full and free pardon of all my sins & iniquitties in and through the maritts death and sufferings of our blised lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and my body to be buryed in a desent manner by my Executive hereafter named in a convenient time after my Desedse also it is my will that all my just Debts that in right to any person or persons whatsoever be lawfully paid by my Executr in a convnt time after my decease and as for what Temporall Estate the Lord in his mercy hath lent me both in Reall and personall I leave and bequeath in a manner and form as followeth - First I leave and bequeath unto my son Arthur Warwick all the Land that I am possest with to witt ye hundred and fifty acares yt is called Warwicks Choice both sides of the Brance called porapahine to him and his heirs forever if ye said Arthur Warwick should die without Issue the said Land is to be equally devided between Margrett Warwick Cathrene Warwicks 2dly I leave and bequeath unto my Daughter Elisabeth one shilling in full of all her portion 3dly I leave and bequeath to my Daughter Mary 1 shilling in full of all her portion 4thly I leave unto mary Right a two year old red heafer with a witt face her and her increas forever and for what other moveables Goods and Chattles or housell stufe I have I leave and bequeth unto my wife mary and my two Daughters Margrett and Cathren to be equily devided between them three of this my last and Testament I Constitute and Ordaine my son Arter and mary wife to be sole Executr Signed Sealed and Delivered in sight and presence of us Richard Knight Testis John Harris - William Warwick (Seal) the 16th day of November this will proved. - The Widdow within Named one of the Executors of ye said Will before administration commited flyes to her thirds according to Law & Devolves her whole right of Executorship into ye hands of the other coo Executor by name Arthur Warwick Testis Saml Hopkins Dpy Comsy - This day (viz) ye 20th Day of March 1729 Came before me Richard Knight & John Harris within named in their proper persons & made Oath upon the holy Evangelist that they saw ye Testator within Named Sign and Declare the within Instrument as his last will and Testament & that he published pronounced & declared ye same so to be & that at the time of his so doing he was of sound & perfect mind & Memorie to ye best of their knowledge Testis Saml Hopkins Dpy Comsy Indorsed on the Original / Recorded in Lib TB No 5 folio 283 / Examined Recorded in Lib EB No 9 folio 72 / Test.
