In the name of God Amen Janiary 20th 1689 Know all men by these presents that I Wm Parker of Somerset County in the province of Maryland blacksmith being at this present writing here of very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory do make this my Last will and testament Revoaking all other former will of wills I give and bequeath my Immortall Soul to almighty god ye gave it with full afsurance of free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins through the Merritts and precius Blood of my blefsed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ My body I bequeath to the Earth from whence it was taken and as for the Estate which has pleased god to blefs me with in this world I give it and bequeath as followeth Making My brother George Parker my whole and Sole Executor bequeathing unto him all my personall Estate which I have in the world debts dues and Demands duly Fame things Excepted to My Brother Mathew I give one P of plush Breaches and One Black Hat I give to my brother George Parker being my Executor as a fourmentioned giving all debts unto him as followeth from Tege Quilling ______ Three Thousand pounds of Tobacco from Mathew Parker One Thousand pounds of Tobacco from Jobe Tuit five hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco form Walter Reed when the Account of his Son in Law One Thousand pounds of Tobacco form Edward Steven two pieces of Eight Also in Pennfylvania from William Dier Six Pounds Sterling Money as Withnefs my hand this day And year aforementioned ______ William Richards John Smith Tho Smith William Parker _________ Memo ye this day being the 6th day of October John Smith and William Richards came before me and Made Oath yr ye Saw the within written Will Sealed Signed and Delivd as Witnefs my hand John Franklyn (Indorsement Recorded) Recorded in Liber EB No 5 folio 151 Test Efme Bayly Regr W.S.C.
