I William Boyse Ememissek in the county of Somerset in the Province of Maryland Planter being sick and weak in body, yet in perfect memory do ordain these presents as my last Will and Testament to wit, Impr. I commit my soul ye hands of him yt gave it And my body to yt cast to be decently intered near unto the side of my Wife Mary Boyse . It my will is yt sister Jane Bellomas shall have her Estate restored to her According to yt terms of my bond wch I gave to ye court of Northampton County in Virginia but if the Court and my sister Jane Bellomas, shall see good to deliver me my bonds before yt mentioned in ye said bond and yt then my will is yt ye Estate beforewith delivered Accordingly ~~~ I[te]m My will is yt whereas there is due to me from John Barre and Patrick Robison three hundred pounds tobacco w caske if I shall depart this natural life that ye said tobacco be given to them ~~~ I[te]m My will is yt Daniel Donakooe if I depart this natural life, shall have my grey cote and britches ~~~ I[te]m I give unto William Willsson ye hundred pound of tobacco yt is hands of more for diging my grave and fencing it in ~~~ I[te]m my will is that my only daughter Jane Boyse be left in ye hand and custody of Robert and Ann both of the aforesaid County as also yt my beloved Daughter Jane Boyse be of age at the day of her Marriage or at fifteen years which first shall happen ~~~ I[te]m My will yt my Estate after my debts and funerall charges be paid be left in ye hands of ye aforesaid Robert and Ann Cattling they being accountable to my beloved daughter Jane Boyse when she shall come to age according to the Laws of ye province in such case provides ~~~ I[te]m My will is that if my daughter Jane Boyse should depart this natural life before she comes to age that then one quarter of my Estate shall be given to Robert Cattling and Ann Cattling and ye rest to be give to my wife sister Jane Dellamus but if Robert Cattling and Ann Cattling should depart this Natural life before my Daughter should come to age yt then yt ye Estate to be put into ye hands of ye Overseers and they to take care of my Daughter Jane Boyse as is afor provided ~~~ Lastly I doe desire Richard Davis and William Davis to be overseers of this my last will and testament ~~~ I[te]m I make Robert Cattling to be executor of this my Last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seal this nineteenth day of January One thousand six hundred sixty-five Signed Sealed in the Presents Of us William (H)Boyse {Seal} John Rhodes Daniel Curtis his Patrick (S) Robertson mark John Roades , Daniell Curtis, and Patrick Robertson doe upon there several Oathes Sware upon the Holy Evangelist that William Boyse late of Somt County in the Province of Maryland, Planter decd did sign and seale the withen written, as his Last Will and Test in the presence of us witnesses in the said Will sworn before me Will Stevens John Rhodes Daniell Curtis his Patrick (S) Robertson mark B Barre: John, 1 Bellomas: Jane, 1 Boyse, 1; Mary, 1; William, 1, 2 C Cattling: Ann, 1; Robert, 1 Curtis: Daniel, 1, 2 D Davis: Richard, 1; William, 1 Dellamus: Jane, 1 Donakooe: Daniel, 1 R Rhodes: John, 1, 2 Robertson: Patrick, 1, 2 Robison: Patrick, 1 W Willsson: William, 1
