34 In the Name of God Amen, February y^e fourteenth day in y^e Year of Our Lord God one thousand seven hundred seventeen /eighteen I Thomas Tull Senior of Somerset County in y^e Province of Maryland being in perfect health and considering the frailty of Mankind & y^t it is appointed for all Men once to die & after death to come to Judgment & being willing to settle my worldly affairs doe make and ordain this my last Will & Testament revoking & disannulling & making Void all other Wills & testaments by me heretofore made & done do make & ordain this my last & having recommend my Soul into y^e hands y^t gave it me hoping to receive y^e same again att y^e general Resurrection of y^e dead I desire y^t my body may be decently buried by my Executrix hereafter named & as for my Worldly goods which it hath pleased Almighty God far above my deserts to bestow on mee all my Worldly debts being paid. I give and bequeath as followeth. Imprimis I give & bequeath unto my be- loved son Thomas Tull five hundred pounds of tobacco to him & his heirs. Item I give & bequeath unto my beloved son John Tull fifty Acres of Marsh being part of two hundred Acres called Winter Range next to Moons Bay to him & his heirs. Item I give & bequeath unto William y^e son of Ann Cox one hundred and fifty Acres of Marsh being part of two hundred Acres of Marsh called Winter Range as also one feather Bed & furniture & likewise all y^e Cattle Hoggs & Sheep y^t are now or shall be on my Plantation of y^e following Mark Viz. a Crop on y^e left Ear with two Slits & a Poplar leaf on y^e Right Ear as also a Mare two Horses & three Cows to him y^e s^d William & his heirs. Item I give & bequeath to my beloved Wife Ann Tull whom I doe also make my whole & sole Executrix of this my last Will & testament all y^e rest of my Estate personall & Real to her own Use & behoof during her life & after her decease to fall to her afores^d son William & his heirs & in Testimony hereof I have here unto sett my hand & Seale y^e day & Year first Written. Signed Sealed Delivered and Acknowledged in presence of Thomas Tull (Seal) Henry Miles, Richard Hall, Margarett (her mark) Goldsmith, Rob^t Woods. Som^set County ss. This day viz y^e 23^d day of June 1720 came before me Henry Miles Richard Hall and Margarett Goldsmith in their proper persons & made oath upon y^e Holy Evangellist that they saw y^e Testator signe & declare y^e within instrument as his last Will & Testament & that he published pronounced & declared y^e same so to be and that at y^e time of his so doing he was of sound & perfect mind & memory to - the - the best of their knowledge.
