In the name of God Amen, I Michaell Williams of Annemissix in Somerset County in Maryland being Sick and Weak in body but of perfect Memory And Understanding, do Make and ordain this my Last will And Testament in Manner and form following. Item first I do give my soul into the hands of Almighty god that gave it me And my body to the Earth from whence it was taken hoping And truly believing in the blessed Resurrection of the Just. Item I do give And bequeath unto my well beloved wife Patience Williams all that Tract of Land called Stork? Ridge?, With all the Marshes thereunto belonging And Adjoining Lately Resurveyed for me by Major William Whittington Surveyor for her my well beloved wife Patience Williams to have And to hold for Ever. I do also give unto my said Wellbeloved Wife all my Stock of Cattle & all my Stock of Hoggs And all my horses and Mares that I am owner of or possessed with I do also give unto my abovesaid Wife Patience all my houshold ---- and debts that is due to me from any person whatsoever, and do make her my whole And sole Executrix to this my Last will and Testament. Item I give and bequeath unto my Two Sons Michaell & Nathaniel after the decease of my wife Patience all that Tract of Land that I have as Nanticoke Called Furthengham on a Creek there called Parsons Creek to be equally divided between my two sons as aforesaid to them and their heirs for Ever. Item I give unto the two daughters of Ann Williams -- -- Elizabeth and Sarah one Shilling ---- Money of England Apeace to be delivered them upon demand after my decease. Witness my hand And seall this 10th of June 1699. Signed Sealled & Delivered In the presence of us.
