In the Name of God Amen I John Tull of Somerset County being Sick and weak of Body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to the Almighty for the same I do hereby make this my last Will and Testament as touching my Worldly affairs which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I do Give and bequeath in the following manner and form. 1st I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Gray all that part of a tract of land called Bear Point that lyeth between the great ditch and County Roads it being the land whereon she formerly lived and to have what fire Wood and Timber of or any of my Lands that is to Support the same for her own Use to her and her heirs for ever _ 2dly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rhoda Hall all that part of a tract of Land called Bear Point that lyeth to the Southward of a division made also I leave one other part of a tract of land called Baltimore being sum small distance from a certain Benjamin Colmans unto her and her heirs and there disposing for Ever, I also give unto my daughter Rhoda Hall the use of my Oxen for two Years to Manure Grounds _ 3dly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Tull all that part of a tract of land called Bear Point that lyeth to the Northward of a division made also two other small peaces of land one peace I bought of William Gray & the other of Benton Harris that lyeth on the North side of the Bear Swamp Roads unto her and her heirs for ever only excepting my daughter Mary Gray shall have privilege of my dwelling House to live in and privilege of pasturage during her Widowhood _ 4thly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Warwicks youngest Child that she shall have One thousand pounds of Tobacco to be paid by Elijah Hall when the Child comes to the Age of Twenty one Years. I also give and bequeath unto my daughter Esther Tull youngest Child that she shall have One thousand pounds of Tobacco to be paid by Elijah Hall when the Child comes to the Age of Twenty one Years. _ 5thly I give and bequeath unto Elijah Hall one third part of all my Cyder Casks and one third part of all my Cattle and one halfe of the Coopers tools unto him and his heirs and Assigns for ever. 6thly I give and bequeath the other two thirds of my Cyder Casks and Cattle to be equally divided between my two daughters Mary Gray and Sarah Tull unto them and theirs for ever. I give unto my daughter Mary Gray one Horse Colt. 7thly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Tull one Neagro Man called Dick One Neagroe Woman called Ede & one Neagroe Girl called Nan unto her and her heirs for ever. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Gray One Neagroe Man called Cofe unto her and her and heirs for ever. 8thly I give and bequeath all the remaining part of a tract of Land called Baltimore not before given unto my daughter Rhoda Hall and my daughter Sarah Tull to them and theirs heirs for ever lying in Long Ridge Swamp. 9thly I give unto Elijah Hall one third part of all my Fruits for Seven Years & the other two thirds of all the fruits to be equally divided between Mary Gray and Sarah Tull for Seven Years. - 10thly I give and bequeath unto Elijah Hall what movables he has already got unto him and his heirs for Ever. 11thly I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Gray and Sarah Tull all the remaing part of my Estate that has not already been before given unto my two daughters Mary Gray and Sarah Tull to them and theirs heirs for ever I do hereby Nominate and appoint my two daughters Mary Gray and Sarah Tull to be the Executors of my Estate, I do hereby acknowledge this to be my last Will and Testament as Witness my hand and Sele this twenty second day of April Anno Domini One thousand seven hundred and eighty Signed Sealed and Delivered } in the presence of us .. }John Tull (Seal), Matthias Miles, John Riggen ,Severn Maddux June 13th 1780 Then came Sarah Tull & made Oath upon the Holy Evangels of Almighty God that this instrument of Writing is the true & whole Will of John Tull late of Somerset County decd that hath come to her hands or possession & that she doth not know of any other. Before Esme Bayly, Regr, June 13th 1780. Then came Matthias Miles, John Riggen & Severn Maddux the three subscribing Witnesses to this Will and made Oath upon the Holy Evan- -gels of Almighty God that they saw John Tull the Testator therein named Sign & Seal this Will that they heard him Publish Pronounce & declare the same to be his last Will & Testament and at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their Apprehensions of sound disposing Mind Memory && understanding & that they Subscribed their Names as Witnesses to the same at the request & in the presence of the Testator & in the presence of each other.
