Someftt fs: In the name of God Amen I George Irving of Somt County in the
province of Maryland Genbr being Sick and weak in body But of Sound Memory
and understanding and considering the Uncertainty of this Transitory Life
fo make and ordain Publish and declair this my Last Will and Testament in
manner and form following ______ 1st I Give and bequeath to my Son Thomas
Irving and his Heirs all that Tract of Land Called Hab Nabb Containing Two
Hundred and Sixteen Acres with this Provision that my Said Son Thos Irving
pay unto my Son Levin Irving the sum of fifty pounds Common Current Money
of Maryland and in case my Said Son Thos Irving Refuse to pay the Said
Money that then ye Said Tract of Land Called Hab Nabb to be the Right of my
Son Levin Irving and his Heirs for Ever ______ 2dly I give and bequeath all
that tract of Land at Jien Goakin Called Georges Adventure to my jSon Thos
Irving and his Heirs for Ever with this provision that my Son Thos Irving
is not to hinder or Molist my Son John Irving from giting What Logg Timber
my Said Son John Irving Shall have Occasion for to Suppert the Said Ino
Irvings Plantation where he now Lives and also his Heirs after my said Son
John Irvings decease ______ 3dly I Give and Bequeath to my Said Son John
irving all that Tract of Land Lying on Mudford Creek whereon the Said John
now liveth to him and his Heirs for Ever ______ 4thly I Give and Bequeath
to my Son Thos Irving Negro Will and old Negro Jean and Nefro Toby to him
and his Heirs for Ever ______ 5thly I Give and Bequeath to my Son John
Irving Negro Joe Jack and Judath to him and his Heirs for Ever ______ 6thly
I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Anne Dasiell Wife of Robt Dashiell one
wench Called Tamer and One Negro Girl Called Fame to her and her Heirs for
Ever ______ 7thly I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Irving Two
Negros Called Jacob and Nasha and one Bay mair Call Fly to her and her
heirs for Ever 8thly I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Sarah Irving Two
Negros Called Comfort and Leah and to take her choice of one of the young
Creatures of the Horse kind at the marsh to her and her Heirs for Ever
______ 9thly I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Elena Irving Two Negros
Called Nanney and Delilah and one young Grey Mair to her and her Hiers for
Ever ______ 10thly My Will and desire is that my Son Thos Irving Let his
Aunt Ann irving have a home where I now live During her Narural Life If She
chuses to stay here, But in case She Should chuse to live at Hab Nabb that
my Son Thos Provide her a Sufficient Quantity of Land at the Said Hab Nabb
to tend to Suppart herself and Family while She Lives ______ 11thly I Give
and bequeath to myh Son Levin Irving One negro called Sesar to him and his
Heirs for Ever and also the Expenses that my said Son Levin Irving is at,
at Philadelphia while he is an Apprentice to be paid out of my Estate
______ 12thly All the Remaining part of my Estate after payinf my Just and
Lawfull Debts and above Legasies I Give and bequeath to be Equally Devided
amongst my Six Children Thos Irving John Irving Anne Dashiell Elizabeth
Irving, Sarah Irving and Eleanor Irving and their Heirs for Ever and I do
herebuy appoint nominate and conftitute my Son Thomas Irving hole and Sale
Ex of this my Last Will and Testament hereby Revoking and Disannulling all
former Wills heretofore by me Made Either in ord or Righting in Witnefs
whereof I have heree to Sett my hand and fixed my Seal this forth day of
June in the year of Lord God One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy and Two

On the 14th Day of July 1772 Came Thomas Irving and made oath that the
within Instrument of writing is the True and only Will and Testament of
George Irving Late Deceased that hath come to his hands pofsefsion or
knowledge and that he did not know or Ever Heard of any other
Sworn Before Thos Holbrock Depy Comy of Som County on the forteenth
day of July one thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy two Came Levin Dashiell
and Thomas Slofs two of the Subscribing Witnefs: and made Oath on the Holy
Evangelist of Almighty God that they did See the Testator George Irving
Sign and Seal the within Will and heard him Publish Pronounce and declare
the Same to be his Last Will and Testament and at the Time of his So doing
He was to the best of jEach of there apprehansions of a Soung disposing
mind Memory and understanding and that they Subscribed there Name as
Witnefs: to the Sid Will in the presence of the Said Testator, and they
also made Oath that they did See Benjamin Sofsar Sign his name as a Witness
