In the Name of God Amen I George Ears of the County of Somerset in the Province of Maryland being at present in great affection of body but in perfect sense and memory, praised be the name of lord who hath soe affected me doe hence make my Last Will and Testament my debts first being paid I do seconly give and bequeath my tow seats of land to Thomas Hilyard, the son of John Hilyard the one seat containing one hundred acres called the New Years gift for him the said Thomas Hilyard to enjoy and his heirs for ever and the other seat containing two hundred acres called the Worwick it is my will and desire it should be sold by the father of the sd. Thomas Hilyard to pay my debts and what there remainith I do freely give to the afosd. Thomas Hilyard, as Witness my hand and seale this Sixteenth day of November Ano 1671_____ Signed Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of us Testis the mark of Wm.
