In the name of God Amen I Elijah Conner being very sick and weak of Body
but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for it and calling
to mind the uncertainty of this present Life and willing to Settle my
worldly affairs here on Earth do hereby order that all my just and Lawfull
Debts be first justly paid and discharged and as for the remainder of my
Estate Real and personal I Give and Devise as follows Imprimis I Give and
bequeath unto my well beloved Wife Isabella all my Lands and Marshes that I
own or pofsefs or that I have any Right or Title unto by revertion with all
Rights and Revertions of Rights thereunto belonging to her and unto her
Heirs and Afsigns for Ever ______ Item I Give and bequeath unto my well
beloved Wife Ifsabella all my my personal Estate to her and her Heirs and
Afsigns for Ever ______ Lastly I do hereby nominite conftitue apoint and
ordain my well beloved Wife Efsabella to be my whole and Sole Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke disanull and Disalow
of all and any other former Will or Wills Testament or Testaments
heretofore made by me Ratifusing and confirming this and no other to be my
Last Will and Testament in testamony and full afsureance here of I have
hereunto Set my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of May in the year of our

Wheatley and Isaac Outten Two of the Subscribing Witnefs: and made Oath on
the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that they did See the Testator Elijah
Conner Sign and Seal the within Will and heard him Riblish Pronounce and
declare the Same to be his Last Will and Testament and that at the time of
his sodoing he was to the best of Each of there Apprehansions of a sound
disposing mind memory and understanding and that they Subscribed there
names as Witnefs: to the Said Will in the prefsence of the Said Teftator
