Transcription

In the name of God Amen I Arnell Parramore of the county of Somerset in Maryland being with Sicknefs under the name of Almighty god but of perfect understanding And Memory doe Make this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following, first I bequeath my soul unto god And my body to the earth from whence it was Taken, Secondly I give and desire of My Worldly goods as followeth first I give unto my son Thomas Parramore the plantation I now Live on Except a parcell of Land lying beyond Tho Afore known by the Name of Little Norhe the Which Land I give unto the child my wife now goeth with if a son of me then I giveth Said land unto my daughter Sarah Parramore all Which Land is given to my Children I give to them And there heirs for Ever Item I give unto my three Children Six Cows and Calves to in May Next And to run in a Joynt Stock unlike my oldest son cometh to the age of Eighteen years old And then to be Equally devided between them but not to be for himself untill he comes to the age of Twenty one years, buy Sell barter or Item I give unto the Two Sons of My sister Mary bell Roger and Cornelius each of them One yearling heifer to be delivered next May ______ Item I give unto my three Children the first Mare Colt my Mary bringeth to run in a Joynt Stock between them untill my son Thomas comes to the age of Eighteen years and them to be Equally devided ______ Item all the rest of my personal Estate I have to the disposing of My dear and Loving Wife Sarah Parrimore as Long as She remains a Widow And When She Marrys then My Estate to be Equally devided between Thomas Parramore be Overseer of the Estate of my Children to take in to his pofsefsion if if my Wife Marryeth and to confirm this to be my Last Will and Testament I gave hereunto put my hand and Seale this 13th day of November 1687 Tomas Simines his mark Arnall Parramore {Seal} Benjamin Chirme his mark The Within Last Will and Testament of Arnall Parramore deceased proved by ye Oaths of Thomas Simines And Benja Chirme taken and Sworne before me ye Subscriber this 4th day of December 1688 ______ CD br Johnson Mr. Same Hopkins gentemen being present at ye Swearing of 4 above mentioned persons Thos Simes and Benj Chirme ______ Test CD br Johnson
