Maryland Somerset County In the name of God Amen I Alexander Adison in perfect memory though Weak in body do by this presents renounce all other Wills formerly made by me first comiting my soul to god Almighty that that gave it to me ~ Secondly I give unto my very Loving Wife Ann Adison all my Whole Estate Within doors and Without that is to say cattle and hoggs and all moveables thereunto me belonging She paying my Debts out of it what I owe ______ Signed Sealed and Delivd In the presence of us ______ his July 16th 1688 ______ Alexander A A Adison {Seal} Mark John Moore George B Bayly Thomas T D Delehaie Somerset County Maryland This within written will was proved by the oaths of the witnefses within mentioned (zr) John Moore George Bayly and Tho Delehaie at Wicocomoco in ye County above faid October ye first One thousand Six Hundred @ Eighty y Eight by virtue of a commifsion to me Directed out of the office for probate of Wills the same day and year Phillip Aseue and Tho Horseman Sworn Appraisers and Ann Adison took the Oath of an Administratrix before me as Witnefs my hand and Seale ______ And taken Letters of Administration Tom Brecelor {Seal} Delivered the day and year above faid Inderfmet Viz: Intr Sib: H folio 39 Recorded in Liber EB No. 5 folio 119 ~ Test Efme Bayly Reg W.S.L
