In the name of God Amen this Third day of March one thousand seven hundred seventy and two I Thomas Pryor weak in body but thanks be to God of perfect mind and memory and calling to mind the uncertainly of human life and knowing that all flesh must submit to death do make, constitute, ordain and appoint this my Last will and Testament in manner and form following Viz:-

Imprimis I will and bequeath to my eldest son James the Land whereon I now live together with all its app**st*nus to him and his heirs for Ever, and as for the remainder of my estate after all debts are paid and my wife taken her part to be equally divided between my three Children. I likewise leave to my beloved wife Esther the care of my children and all their estate until they come of age themselves, and this I declare to be my last will and Testament in confirmation whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year above written.
