In the name of God Amen I Nicholas Reddish of Somerset County in the State of Maryland being In helth do make this my last Will and Testament. First I Will that all my debts as I shal justly owe at the time of my decese bein the first place paid by my Executer read after named. Item I give devise Bequath to my Wife Nancy Reddish my Manor Plantation and one third of my M__bles Estate during her widowhod if she should marry to be destitute of my personal estate I also desire that the rest of my ___ Moobles Estate be eqilly divided betwast the Children of my last wife Nance Reddish. Item I give and Bequath to my son Thomas Reddish all my Lands by paying each of his fore Brothers five Pound Lawful Money of Mayland ad if not to my son Nicholas Reddish that is my Manor Plantation the Land called Dishon To Redish's Lot to my son Thomas Reddish and all if paying the also mentioned to each Brother and Lastly I hierby Nominate consitute and appoint my loving Wife whole and Sole executer of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke disanul and make Void all this will or Wills testament or Testaments by me made is Witness so hereof I have hereunto set my hand affixed my Seal this first day of October Seventeen Hundred and Ninety four.
