MARGARET WADKINS of Caroline County in the State of
Maryland,
being sick and weake in body but of sound and disposing mind and memory
and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the
uncertainty
of the time thereof, and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs
and
thereby be the better prepared to leave this world when it shall please
God to call one hence, do therefore make and publish this my last will
and testament in manner and form that is to say: First and
principally,
I commit my sole into the hands of Almighty God and my body to be
dessently
buried, then after that I leave my property as follows: ~
I first give
and bequeath
the sum of thirty dollars unto a child by the name of JACOBB
DESHEALD
if he shud live to come to the age of twenty one years, also with legal
interest on the same untill paid.
Second, I give
and bequeath
the remainder of the money that my brother
THOMAS WATKINS is due
me unto my sister EASTER WADKINS ~
Third, I also
give and bequeath
the whole remainder of my property to my said sister EASTER WADKINS
to her and at her disposal, as Witness my hand and seale this
