O'Donovan - Funeral of Hugh J O'Donovan.-The funeral of Hugh Jenkins O'Donovan, son of Dr Charles O"Donovan, took place yesterday morning from the Cathedral.  A requiem mass was said by Revs, John t Whelan, celebrant, P J Donohue, decon, and W A Reardon, sub-deacon.  The Cardinal occupied the throne with Revs, John S Foley, Thomas S Lee, We Starr and W S Caughy in the sanctuary.  The pall-bearers were R Leo O"Donovan, Charles E O'Donovan, Charles Adams, Franklin Owings, Geo Nicholas and Hugh Jenkins.  The Rev. Mr Whelan made a few eulogistic remarks over the remains.  Among the many present were the M. Scott, of New York, Mrs Stickor Jukins, Miss Jenkins, Charles Latrobe, Benjamin Jenkins, C H McKay, Wm A Mosle, Dr Frank Donaldson, Samuel Childs, Geroge R Grange, Noah Walker, Charles Hamilton, Fran and Herny Caughy, Charles Gaither, Thomas J Foley, Wm F Meyer, Louis Foley, Dr Ernest Neale, Alonzo Lihy, Wm Herny Baldwin, Frank J Gorman and Charles Caroll.  The interment was at Greenmount.  H Jenkins & sons had charge of the funeral.

Johnson - Mrs. Josephine Gonzales Johnson died yesterday, aged 82 years, at her residence, No 38 Ease Hamburg stree.  She was the widow of Samuel Johnson, who was for forty years in the United States army, and was ordnance officer at Fort McHenry for eight years.  She was a native of Havana, Cuba, and came to Baltimore in 1827.  A son and two daughters survive her.

Seevers - Mrs Ann R Seevers, relict of the late George W Seevers of Winchester, Va., died near that place Thursday last, aged 80 years. She was a highly-esteemed lady, and had a number of relatives and friends in Baltinore.

Grant - Donald S. Grant, gardener for Mr T Harrison Garrett, died yesterday at Mr Garrett's country place, Evergreen.  He was a native of Bondffshire, Scotland, and was an enthusiast about flowers.  He was well known to persons who attended the exhibitions of the Maryland Horticultural Society.

Smith Her funeral will take place this Saturday afternoon March 3 at 3 o'clock from the residence of her parents. Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend.

Interment in Cedar Hill cemetery. 

Smith-after a long and painful illness on March 2 Robert Z. Smith in the 54th year of his age. His funeral will take place from the residence of his son NO 604 East Madison St. Monday morning at 8:30 AM. Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend.

Wentzel-On March 1 at 6:30 a.m. Adam Wentzel aged 82 years and 2 months. Funeral from his late residence NO 625 Aisquith St. today (Saturday, March 8 at 10 AM.

 WHELTLE-On March 2, 1888, at 6:30 o'clock AM, Carl Frederick aged 8 months and 16 days only and beloved son of George An and Annie C. Wheltle The funeral will take place from the residence of his parents NO 1218 Battery Ave this (Saturday)afternoon at three o'clock.

 WINFELDER-March 2 at 7:15 PM George aged 6 months beloved son of John An and Thresea H. Winfelder. 

WITTMER-On March 2, 1888, at 6:30 o'clock PM,Phillip Wittmer in the 42d year of his age.(New York City papers please copy) The funeral will take place from his late residence NO 650 North Eden St. on Sunday afternoon at three o'clcok.Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment at St. Vincent's Cemetery, this (Monday) afternoon at four o'clock.

KERKHOFF- On March 12, 1888. , at Oakland, Carroll County, Md., NANCY KERKHOFF, in her 68th year, beloved
wife of John H. Kerkhoff.

LEAS,- At Glyndon, Baltimore County, on Sunday Morning, March 18 at 5 o'clock Dr. CHARLES A LEAS,
aged 66 years.
The realtives and friend of the family are invited to attend the funeral services, at the Eutaw Place Baptist Church on Tuesday, at twelve o'clock M. Interment private.  (No flowers)

LYMAN- After a lingering illness, JOHN LYMAN, in his 21st year, eldest son of Annie and the late John Lyman
His funeral will take place on Wednesday, March 21, at 8:30 o'clock, from his late residence, northeast corner of Amity and Lemmon streets, thence to St. Peter's Church, where a Requiem Mass will be said for the repose of his soul.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

MAGUIRE- The remains of the late BARBARA ANN BAGUIRE, who died January 17, 1888, will be interred from the
valt in Baltimore Cemetery this (Monday( afternoon, March 19, at three o'clock.  The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend.

MARSHALL- March 17, GENEVIEVE DOLORES, aged 5 weeks and 2 days, infant daughter of Edward H. and Jennie E. Marshall.

MARTIN- On March 16, KATE J., the youngest daughter of the late James and Hannah Martin.  The relatiaves and friends of
the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, from Bethany M.E. Church, this (Monday) afternoon at 2:30o'clock.

MCLAUGHLIN, - At 10 o'clock A.M., on March 18, THOMAS MCLAUGHLIN, in the 70th year of his age, beloved husband of Sarah J. McLaughlin.  (Kansas City and Washington (D.C.) papers please copy.)
The funeral will take place from his late residence No. 1828 Aliceanna street, on Tuesday afternoon, March 20, at

SAVAGE- On the morning of March 18, 1888, JUDITH R., in the 80th year of her age, widow of John W. Savage.
Relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of her neice, Mrs. J. B. Trower, No. 2102 Fairmount avenue, on tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon, at two o'clock.

SCHAUMLOEFFEL- At his late residence, No. 815 Edmondson ave., WILLIAM SCHAMLOEFFEL, in the 66th year of his age, a native of Obervorschnets, Kurhessen, German.
Burial survice at the house, this (Monday) afternoon, at 2:30o'clock, and at St. Paul's Church, corner Saratoga and Fremont streets, at three o'clock. (No Flowers.)

SCHNEIDER, on March 17, at 11:15 o'clock A.M. after a lon and painful illness, CATHERINE SCHNEIDER, in the 55th year of her age.
The funeral will take place from her late residence No. 415 South Ann stree, on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock. Interment at Baltimore Cemetery.

SMITH- On March 17 at 9:25 o'clock A.M. FREDERICK H. SMITH, aged 31 years.
Funeral wil take place from his late residence No 712 North Eden street, at 10 A.M. this Monday, 19th March.

Wednesday. April 18 at 3 P.M. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

DUNCAN- On April 16 at 7 A.M. John F. DUNCAN, in the 55 year of his age.

Funeral will take place from Epsom Chapel, on this (Thurday) afternoon at two o’clock sharp. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Internment at Govanstown.

MORGAN-Suddenly, on Dec.22, NANCY TAYLOR MORGAN, in the 85th(?) year of her age.Widow of the late Wilson B. Morgan (Virginia papers please copy.) Burial will take place from her late residence, No. 309 South Bond St. on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 25th at three o'clock in the afternoon.
